We’ll begin with an initial consultation, where we’ll explore your health history, current symptoms, and personal goals. The second session will focus on the report of findings, where we’ll dive into your unique constitution, discuss how to maintain balance, and address any current imbalances. I'll provide tailored recommendations for herbal formulas, exercise, diet, daily routines, meditation, and mindfulness, all personalized to support your individual needs.

In the third session, we’ll review your progress, address any challenges with the initial recommendations, and refine your plan with additional suggestions to further support your wellness journey. This package offers a taste of Ayurveda, laying the foundation for lifelong balance and vitality.

5 Sessions

Build Your Resilience


For those beginning to feel the effects of low ojas or burnout, the Build Your Resilience package offers a solid plan to rebuild your strength. Over five sessions, we’ll create a personalized approach rooted in Ayurvedic principles to support your diet, herbal formulas, and lifestyle routines. The first three sessions will mirror those of the "Lay the Groundwork" package: an initial consultation to review your health history and goals, a report of findings to outline your unique constitution and current imbalances, and a follow-up to review your progress and refine your recommendations.

In the fourth and fifth sessions, we’ll delve deeper into the nuances of your wellness journey. Together, we’ll strengthen your foundation, introduce additional strategies for building resilience, and ensure your energy and vitality thrive within a strong, sustainable framework.

Reboot Master Plan 7 Sessions

Reboot Your Vitality/Ojas


This package includes seven sessions, ideal for those facing severe depletion. It builds on the foundational work of the three- and five-session packages, but goes much deeper to address chronic imbalances and restore lasting vitality. Throughout the seven sessions, we’ll not only personalize your diet and lifestyle routines but also work closely together to create a comprehensive plan tailored to your recovery.

A significant focus will be placed on crafting detailed meal plans designed to nourish and rebuild your system. We’ll explore Ayurvedic dietary principles, ensuring the foods you consume are perfectly aligned with your constitution, current imbalances, and the seasons. Each session will include guidance on meal preparation, ingredients, and menu adjustments to support your healing. Herbal formulas, tailored exercise, and daily routines will also be refined to accelerate your progress.

With this in-depth approach, you’ll receive ongoing support to address challenges, adjust recommendations, and steadily restore your vitality. The goal is to guide you toward sustained balance, building resilience, and renewing your life force through targeted and mindful practices.

Fall Cleanse 2024

A fall cleanse is a great way to cleanse the body of the summer inflammation from the heat and build immunity for the winter season.  The summer heat can cause dryness and if not remedied will laminate with the winter dryness.  Helps to rebuild gut strength for better health.
